Mary, the Mother of God, has become increasingly involved in the affairs of mankind, especially over the last several centuries as she attempts to warn her children about the godless path on which they are treading.
Christ cautions us to: “Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the road broad that leads to destruction, and those who who enter through it are many. How narrow the gate and constricted the road that leads to life. And, those who find it are few” (Mt 7:13-14).
The bible instructs us: “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom” (Ps 111:10) and, “His mercy is from age to age to those who fear him” (Lk 1:50). Does fear of the Lord eventually result in love for Him? And, why does Mary shed tears during so many of her appearances?
What does it mean to us: the end of the world as we know it? It might; after all, heaven has warned us so many times in the past. However, before we continue further to understand what the correct path is, we must first go back in time – almost two millennium.
